Saturday, May 1st, 2004Uruguayan writer Eduardo Galeano once wrote that the division of labor among countries is that some specialize in winning and others specialize in losing. He further noted that his region of the world, Latin America, had specialized in losing since the time of Columbus. This same division exists within individual countries, wherein one class exploits another.
