I was conficed in 98 and spent 26 mons. for this offense. when I was released I was employed full time with in three days. to get to the point I have been drug free for 11 years and as of April 08 I have disabled and un able to work. But when I was employed state & Fed. taxes were taken from me to help support these programs and now that Iam in need of them Iam subhuman and can not receive them. If this is not discrimanaion then I don't know what is. I feel the biggest joke of all is the fact that here in Ca. our Gov. is a self admitted drug user not meth but still an illegal and controlled substance. just goes to show double standards appear in many different forms.
